Super Impossible Road is a racing game that stands out from the crowd, due to the fact that not only does the player zoom through the tracks in a large orb (instead of a regular racing kart), players can also "cheat" in a way. They can do this by jumping off of one part of the track and landing in a further part, thus gaining a huge advantage over other racers.

However, this is not as simple as it sounds. It takes a lot of skill for a player to be able to cheat without falling off of the track or worse. With regard to both cheating and other unique game mechanics, there are some key beginner tips for every player of Super Impossible Road to know.

7 Play Around with Vessels

There are all sorts of vehicles that a player can control in Super Impossible Road. These vehicles, called vessels, will all play differently. No two vessels will control the same, as the player will be able to customize it.

It is a good idea for a player to mess around with the vessels. Swapping out different parts to make the vessel control the way the player wants may make everything much easier for them. Having a good vessel is extremely important when it comes to the controls.

6 Continue to Practice

Practicing racing through the tracks is very important in any racing game, but especially in Super Impossible Road. Due to the long and twisting roads, it can be difficult for a player to even play through it normally, much less cheat through it.

A player can see each time they race as another practice round. Of course, there are other places to practice (such as in different modes of the game), but it is best to always keep practicing and trying to ensure that the player can find a new shortcut or perfect a turn.

5 Try Out Survival Mode

Survival Mode can be a great way for a player to quickly gain some experience and skill. This is because the goal is to just ensure that the player can stay on the track for as long as they can without falling off.

Survival Mode is a great way for players to get their sense of balance in this futuristic racing game, and can help them learn to navigate through tight turns and drops without falling off. Later on, players can also use this mode to practice cheating and jumping onto a later part of the track.

4 Learn To Cheat

Cheating is one of the largest parts of Super Impossible Road. It is, perhaps, the flagship part of the game; while it only coincidentally happens in some other racing games, the game's roads are designed to allow players to cheat.

To cheat, a player will have to jump off of a higher and earlier part of the track, landing on a part later on in the race, thus giving them a large boost ahead of everyone else. However, this can be incredibly difficult for a player to be able to perfect at first. As mentioned above, consider using Survival Mode to practice.

3 Remember to Use Boosts

Super Impossible Road - a large planet

Boosts are placed throughout every track in the game. When the player touches these boosts with their vessel, they will give a large burst of speed, sending the player rocketing forward in whichever direction they are pointed in.

However, if a player does not use these boosts right, they can end up shooting straight off of the track, which can directly kill them. A player will have to practice using boosts at the right time and in the right place.

2 Midair Steering is Important

Super Impossible Road - Multiplayer mode

A player will be in the air a lot during Super Impossible Road. Whether they are jumping up and onto another part of the track, attempting to cheat, or flying off the track with a boost, a player would do good to learn how to steer in midair.

In fact, learning how to steer while flying through the air at high speeds can even save a particular race. If a player shoots into the air while trying to cheat or use a boost, being able to navigate back onto the racetrack will save them from falling and having to start again.

1 Time Gate is Good for New Players

Super Impossible Road - a long path

Just as how Survival Mode is a good for new players to train on the basics, Time Gate mode is a good way to practice as well. A player will not be facing off against any opponent, and they can completely focus on the track.

The player will be on a time limit throughout this mode, so they will have to learn how to be precise and quick. It will be good to customize a player's vessel in order to go through the tracks quickly, while also still ensuring they stay on said track.

Super Impossible Road is available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X and Series S, PlayStation 4, and Apple Arcade.
