Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has finally been revealed, five years after Rocksteady launched its last game, Batman: Arkham Knight. Since the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League reveal trailer, new information about the game has slowly come to light, including some of the voice actors behind the iconic characters.

It was already revealed that Tara Strong is playing Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, and now it's been confirmed that none other than WWE superstar Samoa Joe is providing the voice for King Shark in the game. For the uninitiated, Samoa Joe has been a top professional wrestler for decades, making a name for himself in promotions like Ring of Honor and TNA before finally coming to the WWE. Joe has seen a great deal of success in WWE, featured regularly in main event programs and doing commentary work at times as well.

Samoa Joe is a known gamer, so it's especially fitting for him to be voicing King Shark in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Joe has been known to stream games on Twitch, and has also competed regularly on the UpUpDownDown YouTube channel, itself hosted by fellow WWE wrestler Xavier Woods.

Joe's King Shark was featured prominently in the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League trailer, perhaps second only to Harley Quinn, so it seems as though he has a big role in the new game. Other Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League playable characters include Captain Boomerang and Deadshot, though it remains to be seen if more characters will join the game's cast between now and its launch in 2022.

Besides playable characters, the only other DC Comics character that has been confirmed for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is Superman, who seems to be under some kind of mind control in the game. The mind-controlled Superman is wreaking havoc on Metropolis in the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League trailer, and so the group's objective is to take him out. Meanwhile, it's also implied that Superman villain Brainiac is also involved somehow, but fans will have to wait to find out more.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is coming to PC and next-gen consoles only, skipping current-gen hardware, and won't be available until 2022. Considering this, it may be quite some time before fans get to learn more about the game. Hopefully the exciting Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League reveal trailer is enough to tide fans over until Rocksteady is ready to share more information.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League launches in 2022 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X.
