Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town releases two new trailers, each highlighting the bachelors and bachelorettes that the player character can marry.
Farming simulators such as the Harvest Moon games and Stardew Valley often include a marriage component, which is a big draw for fans of the genre. The same goes for Story of Seasons. As the player grows their farm to success, they can also gift items to villagers around town, which increases their friendship levels and leads to unique cutscenes. For some townsfolk, however, higher friendship levels can lead to relationships, marriage, and even children.
For Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town, players can settle down with one of ten bachelors and bachelorettes, detailed in the most recent trailers from developer XSEED.
Among the lasses waiting to be swept off their feet in the newest Story of Seasons game, there's Reina, an anthropologist who loves to party, Blaire, the classic waitress that dreams of making it big, Laura, a tour guide who loves spending time at the beach, Linh, a shy but adorable florist, and finally Bridget, who loves all animals and is so far a fan-favorite in the SoS community.
As for the single men of Olive Town, Damon has a cold exterior but opens up to the right person. Ralph is a forest ranger and a great leader. Emilio is the beach bum of the bachelors, and Iori is a "noble eastern lord" with a strong spiritual side. Finally, Jack is an admirable big brother with a soft spot for his family.
Of course, the Story of Seasons series supports LGBT+ relationships as well, so that means all ten of these villagers are available to any player of any gender.
