Stardew Valley originally released on PC back at the beginning of 2016. Since then, Stardew Valley has become a financial success and has come to all sorts of platforms including the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices. Apparently, all of these platforms weren't good enough for one fan, as they have found yet another way to play the game: in the dashboard of their Tesla car.

Recently, a user on Reddit known as Bannedlife posted a picture of the dashboard of his Tesla, which showed the popular game Stardew Valley. Ironically, as a fan of the simulation game, they only learned that it came with the vehicle after purchase. Pleasantly surprised with the discovery, they noted that it is playable with touch controls though players can connect a controller through a USB connection or wirelessly by Bluetooth.

According to Bannedlife, the game is running on a Model S Tesla. However, they noted that the title is apparently available for free on all Tesla cars as part of the vehicle's collection of games found in the entertainment library. While possibly not the first thing to come to mind when considering a Tesla, these cars are capable gaming machines as well. The Model S Plaid, a recently released car by the company, comes equipped with the Tesla Arcade processor along with an impressive 10 Teraflops of computing power. Elon Musk even claims that graphically intensive games such as Cyberpunk 2077 can run on the car. While games such as Stardew Valley don't come close to needing that type of power, it's impressive to see this kind of gaming hardware built into a car.

The Reddit post from Bannedlife has become extremely popular with over 8,540 upvotes. Intrigued with the concept of Tesla building an in-car gaming platform, many fans commented on both the game as well as the car. When one concerned user remarked about the difficulty of driving while also gaming, Bannedlife humorlessly asked, "why would you look at where you're going when you can look at what you're growing?" Fortunately for the driver and everyone else on the road, the vehicle must be parked in order to play games such as Stardew Valley.

Stardew Valley is a simulation role-playing game where players are tasked with repairing an old farm. Ultimately, the game gives players a large amount of creative license to do as they please with other activities available as well. Recently, Stardew Valley's developer known as ConcerndedApe has started working on a new project. It will be interesting to see if whatever this game turns out to be finds its way onto Tesla cars as well.

Stardew Valley is available now for Mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox One Series X/S, and apparently Tesla vehicles.
