Players of Eric "ConcernedApe" Barone's farming simulator Stardew Valley have often taken inordinate amounts of time to get their farm just the way they want it. One such player is showing off a design that is 20 in-game years in the making, and it is both the model of beauty and efficiency.

In a post to the Stardew Valley subreddit, the user StardewValleyTanner uploaded an amazing image of their current farm that they refer to as "almost finished." Players commenting are in awe of the design and use of different structures, demonstrating most, if not all, of the functionality each farm can attain over time.

StardewValleyTanner selected the standard farm map, which usually gives players the most amount of land to work with, removing any changes in elevation or extra bodies of water that could interfere with usable land. One look at the map, and it's clear that every available spot was necessary for such a design. It's hard to believe that such a farm is still under construction.

To cover all of the features could take hours, as the designs are truly meticulous, but major areas of interest include a large centralized ring surrounded by bee houses and contain rings of all 3 normal types of trees, as well as a small ring of large mushrooms. The center of all of that is a series of statues producing daily rewards. There are also multiple sheds, coops, and an entire area dedicated to tappers for normal tree types. These are just a few key features but upon examination, players will find that the farm contains so much more.

Stardew Valley, a tremendously popular farming simulator, has often spawned amazing farm designs by many players. With the myriad of farm types, like the standard farm or the beach farm to name a couple, players are allowed to let their imagination run wild and create the farm of their dreams. While this may take some time, and some crops and buildings aren't immediately available to be planted or built, players like StardewValleyTanner show that the time is well worth it.

Stardew Valley has continued to be updated, with the most recent big update 1.5 being the largest the game has ever seen, and players are taking advantage of all the new farms, events, and items that have been included with this. With the sandbox that is Stardew Valley, one is free to carve out their own little space.

Stardew Valley is available now for Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
