Over the years, Starcraft has drawn a diverse and talented crowd. Although much of the community's talent lies in esports, some Starcraft fans have some unexpected talents. But one professional streamer named Larva happens to possess both. In his latest stream, the Starcraft champion managed to combine his esports prowess and his eccentric talents.

Within the Starcraft community, fans know Larva as a champion of the Zotac finals. However, they might also remember how he won the cup by playing with his foot and teasing his opponents by pretending to fall asleep. For his latest stunt, the streamer changed his gaming setup with a massive new addition.

On his latest Starcraft stream, Larva brought out a new keyboard. However, the gigantic keyboard was the size of his desk. As he introduced his new gear, Larva explained that he chose this challenge because of Starcraft's control layout. "Because you need to use every key across the keyboard," he thought it would be fun. At one point, he even briefly uses his foot on a key in a humorous nod to his past matches. After setting up the keyboard, the streamer's first attempt to play Starcraft does not go well. Eventually, Larva gave in and called in a friend to only use the Control and Shift keys when he asked. While he has to stretch and rush between different keys, the streamer manages to hold his own in a match.

Starcraft fans were largely amused by Larva's latest venture. Responses on Twitter mostly commented on the size of the keyboard, and joked about the streamer putting his feet on the keyboard. Although Larva eventually had to call in someone to help him, the Starcraft professional definitely showed his skills during this stream.

Larva's keyboard challenge perfectly depicts the rich (and unexpected) talent in the Starcraft community. Although Blizzard's beloved sci-fi franchise is over 20 years old now, it is clear the series and its community has a lot of life left in it. While Blizzcon 2020's future is uncertain, hopefully fans will receive news on Starcraft's future sooner rather than later.

StarCraft 1 and 2 are available now on PC.
