There is perhaps no Jedi Master quite like Obi-Wan Kenobi. As one of the most famed and popular Jedi in the Star Wars universe, it’s no surprise that some players might want to be just like him. Luckily, Star Wars fans are given a treat with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, a game that provides enough freedom of play for players to create a build that will have them saying “Hello there!” in no time.

Cal Kestis is quickly becoming an iconic Jedi in the Star Wars universe, but sometimes it's fun to roleplay, and what better Jedi to pay homage to than Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor? With the right lightsaber stance, abilities, and perks, players can bring their favorite Jedi Master into the game.

8 Aerial Assault

aerial assault skill

No Jedi Master can take the high ground like Obi-Wan Kenobi. With Aerial Assault, players will be able to press their heavy attack button whilst in the air to attack their target below with a straight strike. Aerial Assault is perfect for Obi-Wan Kenobi for the fact that they will always have the high ground.

Luckily, players won’t be fighting Anakin Skywalker on Mustafar, but that doesn’t mean the high ground isn’t important against the forces of the Empire. Aerial Assault is a great skill for the Single Lightsaber Stance.

7 Confusion Mastery

confusion mastery skill

One of the first abilities audiences ever saw of Obi-Wan Kenobi was his talent with a Jedi Mind Trick. By the time of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Cal Kestis has mastered this trick, and it allows players to turn enemies against each other, even the most hostile of Koboh's creatures succumb to this mastery.

Confusion Mastery allows for players to confuse the most resistant humanoid enemies, such as Purge Troopers. A mastery of this Force skill is essential to players that want to become Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

6 Twofold Reflection

twofold reflection skill

During his time in the Clone Wars, Obi-Wan Kenobi spent plenty of his years deflecting the blaster bolts of battle droids from Separatist forces. Twofold Reflection is a Single Stance skill that will allow players to parry and reflect two blaster projectiles in a row, rather than one.

Twofold Reflection shows a mastery of deflection and the talent of a defensive lightsaber wielder. Obi-Wan Kenobi has deflected the blasters of many enemies, and Cal Kestis can follow in those footsteps with this skill in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

5 Focused Sight

focused sight skill

Focused Sight allows players to hold their dodge button to automatically evade incoming melee attacks. It’s a decent skill that will honor Obi-Wan Kenobi in the best ways, as this is a Jedi master that doesn’t always rely on his lightsaber to win a fight.

Obi-Wan trained Anakin like an expert, and Focused Sight will prove that. With every strike, players can evade attacks without parrying, allowing them to use their heightened Jedi senses to avoid melee strikes that are coming their way.

4 Expert Survival Skills

expert survival skill

It’s no secret that Obi-Wan has seen some horrible things. He’s witnessed the death of his master, Qui-Gon Jinn, the death of the only woman he ever loved, Satine Kryze, and perhaps the most effecting, a fatal fight with Anakin Skywalker. All of these events have given Obi-Wan expert survival skills, perfect for a new ability.

With Expert Survival Skills, Cal Kestis will experience even more health, with a maximum life bar increasing. This skill is perfect for winning the fight in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, as it will give Cal the extra boost to his health that he needs to endure the worst of the Empire.

3 Greater Reflexes

greater reflexes skill

The Block Meter in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is vital to staying alive. Players can use the Block Meter to deflect a barrage of blaster bolts, absorb incoming melee hits, and more. With Greater Reflexes, players can refill their Block Meter faster, a perfect ability for the ever-enduring Obi-Wan Kenobi, who has encountered the best bounty hunters in the galaxy, much like Cal.

During his battles, Obi-Wan has seen plenty of clashing lightsabers and deflected blasters. Greater Reflexes will be perfect for players that fear the fact that they will be unable to block an attack due to their Block Meter being empty.

2 Parry Push

parry push skill

Obi-Wan Kenobi may not be as strong in the Force as Anakin Skywalker, but that does not mean that he does not harbor great power and experience. There have been many instances where Obi-Wan Kenobi has proved his strength in the Force. Whether it’s closing a door or throwing a barrage of rocks and boulders at Darth Vader.

A great skill for Obi-Wan Kenobi players is Parry Push, an ability that will see players utilize a parry through the Force. Players can press their right trigger just as an enemy is about to attack, to send multiple enemies flying forward with a strong Force Push.

1 Swift Focus

swift focus skill

Precision is key to a Jedi’s instincts, and Swift Focus will reward players that take a risk without their lightsaber in this less-than-civilized age of the Galactic Empire. Swift Focus will increase Force recovery when players perform a successful Precision Evade.

Precision Evades are rewarding for their mastery, and it’s something that players might want to utilize in their combat expertise so they can gain better Force recovery and use the appropriate Force move counter. Force moves are great for players that want to find other and more effective ways to defeat enemies other than a striking lightsaber.
