Publisher EA and developer Respawn Entertainment are expected to reveal Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order in a big way this weekend. Respawn will take part in a panel at the annual Star Wars Celebration event in Chicago, and will finally show a trailer for the hotly anticipated Star Wars game.

After posting a teaser for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order on social media, publisher EA has also started up a livestream ahead of the event. Fans who are unable to attend the Stars Wars Jedi: Fallen Order panel in person will still be able to tune in to the livestream on Twitch.

As of the time of writing, the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order stream just displays the game's wallpaper art - a lightsaber on a grey seal - when paused and a black screen when the play button is pressed. In the top left, it reads "incoming transmission."

A tweet from the official Star Wars account confirmed that the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order reveal will begin at 1:30PM CDT on Saturday, April 13, 2019. The livestream will start up then, so bookmark this page in order to come back here on Saturday and tune into the broadcast.

The teaser images on social media and Twitch don't give fans a lot to go on as to what should be expected out of the game, but there have been many Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order leaks ahead of its announcement. One leak said that the game's story would let players assume the role of a Padawan who has survived a massacre of Jedis. The game will take place five years after this massacre, and they will be led by a mentor named Ceres.

The leak also confirmed that fans will be able to enjoy many cameos from other Star Wars characters, too. A previous teaser for the Star Wars Celebration reveal told fans to expect some "surprises" during the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order panel. Popular speculation is that these surprises will pertain to these Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order cameos. Fans will hope that the cameos will be fully voiced.

As of now, the game's multiplayer features haven't been leaked. With the Titanfall series and the huge success of Apex Legends, Respawn Entertainment is known for its great multiplayer gameplay. Whether multiplayer will also be a big part of Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order (and what modes and characters it will offer) will likely be kept under wraps until Saturday's panel.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order lacks an official release date, but Respawn is targeting a holiday 2019 release.
