The new Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order releases today and people are already calling out sick to soak up all the countless hours of content. However, for the seasoned players playing anything above Story Mode, learning how to save will be key to fully enjoy this game.

To save the game in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order players will have to seek out Meditation Circles.  There are several autosave moments throughout the game, however, Meditation Circles are the easiest way to save without falling into the trap of an underdeveloped skill-tree or mishap. Meditation Circles can be found on any planet or level and can easily be recognized by a blue pillar of light from some distance away.

Interacting with the Meditation Circle is simple enough once they're located, click the right analog stick on the controller to open your options in meditation. The act of engaging with the Meditation Circle will automatically save the game, and then a few options will present themselves.

The Meditation Circle is also where players can access their skills tree and level up by unlocking new abilities. Upgrading will be necessary for upgrading to killer new moves and abilities and can be unlocked by leveling up. In order to level up, players will need to earn experience points in fights, opening chests, scanning objects, and discovering secrets.

There is a wide range of abilities that will branch off into newer and more advanced skills like mastering and perfecting the Wall Run, or Deflecting ranged attacks. Picking the proper skills can be time-consuming, but necessary to advance depending on the level of difficulty gamers are playing.

If players are in desperate need to heal up, Meditation Circles will replenish health. It will also help restore players healing stims. However, it's best to be cautious as enemies in surrounding areas will also respawn after players finish interacting with the Meditation Circle. Although many of these frustrating moments produce hilarious glitch-worthy saves that keep players on the edge of their seats.

Once a player dies in-game, they will respawn at the last Meditation Circle they interacted with, so be sure to save often. Apart from the Meditation Circles, the game also autosaves before large battles and cut scenes. But this is exactly why it's important to save in the Meditation Circles, as some players are reporting glitches of falling endlessly and respawning. Although, hilarious EA glitches aside, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is shaping up to be one of the great single-player games of this Fall.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
