There are a lot of reasons to be excited and hopeful for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The prospect of a new Star Wars game already drums of expectation due to its connection to the cultural icon that is Star Wars. There have been plenty of flops but also extremely special and memorable games using the license. Plus, being able to play as a Jedi appeals to virtually every Star Wars fan.

And with Respawn Entertainment at the helm, with its track record of delivering one of the best first-person shooter campaigns in recent history in Titanfall 2, hopes are high that the AAA developer can do something special with the Star Wars license with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

In Jedi: Fallen Order, players will take the role of Kal Kestus during the timeframe between Episode III and Episode IV. The game will be a linear, single-player experience, with Respawn saying it has pulled inspiration from Metroidvania-style games as well as Knights of the Old Republic.

Any pre-order of the game no matter the version or platform will get four in-game items that players can use to customize their lightsaber and droid, BEE-D-1:

PlayStation Store Pre-Order Bonus

In addition to the lightsaber and droid skins, PlayStation 4 players in North America who pre-order through the PSN Store will also get a Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order theme for their PS4 dashboard available instantly upon pre-order.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Editions

Standard Edition ($59.99 / 53.99 with EA Access)

The Standard Edition comes completely without any bells and whistles. Besides the general pre-order bonuses, this edition of the game includes only the game.

Deluxe Edition ($69.99 / $62.99 with EA Access)

The Deluxe Edition adds four bonus items, including two in-game skins as well as two items that give a deeper look at development.

The Black Series Figure Bundle GameStop Exclusive ($82.98 / $92.98)

GameStop is offering an exclusive physical edition of both the Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition of the game called The Black Series Figure Bundle. The Star Wars Black Series is a line of Hasbro action figures that are more detailed and more focused on collection than some of the companies other figures.

It is unknown exactly what the figure will be (it has yet to be revealed), this edition's description says that a figure inspired by Jedi: Fallen Order will accompany a physical copy of the game:
