There is no shortage of Star Wars games out there for players to dig their teeth into, and Humble Bundle's latest deal gives players the chance to load up on some of the best titles in the franchise's history. In one fell swoop, the bundles let players purchase seven Star Wars games with a Steam rating above 90% on top of the other ten games available as part of the pack. The kicker is the price for the bundle itself, which is currently one of the best values out there for what is available in the pack.
The aforementioned bundle is the Starlight Bundle, which Humble Bundle has put together in conjunction with Starlight Children's Foundation to raise funds for the organization. Founded in 1982, the Starlight Children's Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing items such as games, toys, unique hospital wear, and other necessities to children's hospitals all over the United States.
The Starlight Bundle starts at $10 to purchase all 17 games, though ten and four-game bundles are also available for $8.52 and $1, respectively. As for the games themselves, Humble Bundle did not skimp on quality when it comes to the Starlight Pack. Knights of the Old Republic, Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords, The Force Unleashed, Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast, and LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga are just five of the seven Star Wars games in the pack with a Steam rating at or above 90%. The rest of the pack looks enticing, as well, with Grim Fandango Remastered and 2010's Aliens vs Predator Collection available in the pack. However, the bundle isn't without its duds, as the poorly received Aliens: Colonial Marines is also in the full pack.
Humble Bundle's current sale is proving to be a hit because, as of this writing, over 25,000 available bundles have been sold with over $31,000 going to Starlight Children's Foundation due, primarily, to Humble Bundle's revenue split. The bundle will be available to purchase until the evening of Friday, September 23, giving anyone interested time to purchase whichever variation of the bundle they are interested in.
Regardless of which ones players pick up, it is another example of how Humble Bundle is able to use gaming as an avenue to help those in need all over the world. March 2022 alone saw Humble Bundle raise over $20 million with its Stand With Ukraine bundle to help fund relief efforts in Ukraine shortly after the country was invaded by Russia. While the Starlight Bundle may not hit the same heights, it is a reminder of how just a few dollars out of someone's pocket can make all the difference for those in need.
