E3 2017 is less than two weeks away and the hype train is in full motion. Although there are sure to be some surprise announcements, there are already a few games we know will make a showing at E3 thanks to some early teasers. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is one of those titles and the upcoming game bought up some very large (and likely expensive) real estate to remind everyone in downtown LA about this fall's Star Wars shooter sequel.

The three massive new Star Wars Battlefront 2 posters are now in place at the Figueroa Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The posters highlight Rey, Darth Maul, and the new Inferno Squad Commander Iden Versio who will be the main character in the game's story mode.

The actress behind Versio took to twitter to celebrate the completion of the new posters and to promote the upcoming EA Play event for Battlefront 2 and EA's other titles. Here's a look at her post...

The EA Play event will take place between June 10-12 and offer participants a chance to access 140 different game stations and demos. The event will be broadcast live and should offer fans at home a chance to get a closer look at some new and upcoming EA titles.

Star Wars Battlefront suffered from a lack of engaging content and no satisfying single player mode to win over casual gamers, but it appears that the sequel is looking to improve in those areas and has some exciting potential. We look forward to seeing more of the game at the big event.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is currently set for release on November 17, 2017 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game will be available at EA’s E3 2017 event EA Play, which takes place between June 10-12.
