The Spyro Reignited Trilogy has finally released, giving the iconic platforming series a modern update for modern consoles. However, the games haven't just been given a fresh lick of paint, as the remastered trilogy also introduces trophies and achievements for the first time. This means that those trying to beat the game and get 100% completion will have their work cut out for them.

One such trophy and achievement is called "What Really Grinds My Gears." This tasks players with destroying six of the gears in Twilight Harbor, an area found in the first game, Spyro the Dragon. Destroying the gears themselves isn't too much trouble. It can be done by getting Spyro to breathe some fire in their direction, at which point, they just magically evaporate. However, finding the gears in the first place can be hard work.

Here are the locations of each gear in Twilight Harbor, as detailed by PS4Trophies in the video above:

• First Twilight Harbor Gear: On the wall behind the whirlwind right at the beginning of the level. Go up in the whirlwind and then turn around, jump back into it and breath flames in the gear's direction in order to destroy it.
• Second Twilight Harbor Gear: Proceed through the level until you get to the second building. The gear can be located in right-hand corner as soon as you enter the building. You won't be able to see it at first because of how dark the corner is, but it can be seen clearly once Spyro shoots fire at or near it.
• Third Twilight Harbor: The third gear is a little trickier to get. Proceed through the level and raise the ramp, then do a supercharged ramp jump and access the second floor of the second building. Then, jump across to the next platform where the three yellow gems are (or were, if you've collected them already). Look at the entrance frame of the other building and you'll spot the gear on the right side - just jump towards it and shoot flames at it to destroy it.
• Fourth Twilight Harbor Gear: Go back the way you came (back through the second building) and continue on to the next set of buildings until you reach the room that is flooded with pink light. The fourth gear is found near the entrance of that pink room.
• Fifth Twilight Harbor Gear: The fifth gear can be found at the exit of that pink building, right near the ledge.
• Sixth Twilight harbor Gear: And finally, the sixth gear can be found near the vortex that takes you out of the level. Just go around the pillar on the left-hand side to find it and then destroy it.

This trophy is just one that is really grinding people's gears (pun intended). Players have also been stumped by the Rocketeer trophy/achievement which requires a bit of patience and brilliant timing.

Likewise, collecting all of the skill points needed to unlock the concept art has proven tricky for players as well. The frustration and the number of collectibles on offer is part of the fun though and it's why so many have come back to the Spyro franchise after all this time.
