Marvel has released three new Spider-Man: No Way Home posters that put a few of the most infamous villains in the spotlight.

The two trailers for Spider-Man: No Way Home have already begun to shift some of the focus to the villains, which include the Lizard, Sandman, Doc Ock, Green Goblin, and Electro. The appearance of these five villains has begun to kickstart rumors on who may be the final piece to the Sinister Six puzzle.

The newly released posters place Electro, Doc Ock, and Green Goblin in front of their nemesis Spider-Man. Marvel first shared Electro's poster, showing an up-close look at Jamie Foxx's reprisal of the role. The second villain poster presents another glimpse at Alfred Molina as Doctor Otto Octavius, otherwise known as Doc Ock. The final poster shared by Marvel provides another look at Willem Dafoe's return as Green Goblin. Each poster's placement of Spider-Man is also different, providing a few different shots of the back of his Spider-Man suit.

Foxx's Electro appears much different than in Andrew Garfield's The Amazing Spider-Man 2. After transforming into the villain, Foxx's skin was a vibrant shade of blue, which is noticeably gone in No Way Home. His poster also shows that the electricity that once emitted from his skin in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is now coming from the gear strapped to his body. Doc Ock's poster doesn't offer much change from his previous appearance in Tobey Maguire's second Spider-Man production, though his mechanical tentacles have received a slight technological upgrade. By his expression in the poster, his animosity for Peter Parker and Spider-Man seems to be at an all-time high. Finally, Dafoe's Green Goblin poster places him in a cloud of green fog with one of his pumpkin bombs clutched in hand. Like Doc Ock's attire, the Green Goblin suit has undergone a few updated modifications since his appearance in Maguire's first Spider-Man production.

Electro, Doc Ock, and Green Goblin will be new villains for Tom Holland's Spider-Man to face, and as the second Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer proved, Holland isn't the Spider-Man that they were expecting to see. Nevertheless, the realization that there is more than one Spider-Man for these villains to face will only increase their desire to exterminate the Marvel hero. In Spider-Man 2, Doc Ock did have a change of heart, sacrificing himself to end his troubling experiment. Holland's own sympathetic Peter Parker might be able to evoke a similar emotion in Doc Ock.

The Lizard and Sandman are still without villain posters ahead of the release of No Way Home, but Marvel could still release them prior to the film's theatrical debut. If not, they may unveil the posters for the remaining villains after No Way Home premieres in theaters, revealing the identity of the final member of the Sinister Six.

Spider-Man: No Way Home premieres in theaters on December 17, 2021.
