Spider-Man PS4 Pro Bundle Revealed

Occasionally, Sony's PS4 Pro is bundled together with major titles like God of War and Star Wars: Battlefront 2, sporting limited edition designs influenced by the accompanying games. Now, cost-conscious PS4 players looking forward to the upcoming Spider-Man exclusive have a new reason to upgrade to the 4k-enabled PS4 Pro, as a Spider-Man PS4 Pro bundle was announced today.

Releasing alongside the PS4 exclusive Spider-Man on September 7, the "Amazing Red" PS4 Pro will cost 399.99 USD or 499.99 CAD. The bundle will include a limited edition Spider-Man themed 1TB PS4 Pro, a matching DualShock 4 controller, a copy of the Spider-Man game, and DLC vouchers. As a new PS4 Pro alone costs $399.99 without any promotional deals, this bundle essentially includes Spider-Man free of charge. Add in the striking aesthetic of the limited edition console and controller, and this seems like as good a time as any to make the leap to PS4 Pro.

The console and controller included in the bundle are rocking a vibrant red hue, the former contrasting with a big, white Spider-Man logo on its face. Pre-orders open today across the US, Canada, and Australia, where a standard 1TB PS4 bundle will be available along with the Pro bundle. It isn't clear how long the bundles will be available, but given the sparse availability of the God of War and Battlefront bundles, it's probably best for those interested to put in a pre-order.
