Spider-Man may have launched for PS4 nearly a full year ago, but the title isn't finished handing out free content updates just yet. With Spider-Man: Far From Home hitting theaters this week and closing out the MCU's Phase 3, Sony and Insomniac are getting in on the Spidey spirit by bringing two of the film's new suits to the PS4 2018 game of the year contender.

Fans who played at least a couple hours of Spider-Man should be aware that you unlock the ability to swap between different suits throughout the game. This gives players the chance to keep things fresh for those Spidey selfies. Since launch, a handful of free suits have already been released and this week brings two new costume's to Peter's closet: The upgraded suit and the stealth suit.

Both suits should be available now, as soon as players login and download patch 1.16. Both new suits look fantastic and are definitely a welcome excuse to dust off the disc for players who haven't picked the game up in a few months...

As long as players have progressed far enough into the story to unlock costume customizations, then they should be able to start using these new suits as soon as the patch is installed. It will be interesting to see if these new suits spark a bit of a Spider-Man nostalgia, as players revisit the 2018 hit this week.

Fans who are returning to the game for the first time since launch may want to consider checking out the game's DLC packages. The package includes a handful of other new suits and some great story content to explore.
