Spider-Man: Miles Morales is coming soon to PC, on Steam and Epic Games Store. Earlier today, Marvel revealed the minimum and recommended specs for PC players to review, and briefly showcased new PC-specific features for those considering buying Spider-Man: Miles Morales on either storefront.

Initially released as a launch title for the PlayStation 5, Spider-Man: Miles Morales takes place following the events of the Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps DLC from the first Spider-Man game in the Insomniac-developed series. True to the title, the game's story is told from the perspective of Miles Morales, whose unique powers and personality set him apart from his web-slinging mentor and ally, Peter Parker.

Developed by Insomniac Games and Nixxes Software, the PC port of Spider-Man: Miles Morales will release on November 18 on both Steam and Epic Games Store. The port will also bring new, exclusive features for players to take advantage of. The game will feature PC-optimized graphics, with quality options for players to adjust, and will have unlocked framerates. The PS5 version of the game, by comparison, has a fixed framerate of 60 frames per second (FPS), which was refined further by a post-launch update. The game will also feature ray-tracing for reflections and shadows, and support ultra wide resolutions such as 21:9 and 32:9, on systems and graphics cards that can handle these functions.

The minimum system requirements, according to the game's Steam page, require a recent 64-bit version of Windows 10, an Intel Core i3 (fourth generation or newer) or AMD equivalent, 8 GB of RAM, a GeForce GTX 950, Radeon RX 470 or newer graphics card, and at least 75 GB of storage space. For the recommended specs, the game kicks it up a slight notch. Those specs will require an Intel Core i5 (fourth generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor, 16 GB of RAM, with either a GeForce GTX 1060 (6 GB), Radeon RX 580 (8 GB), or newer graphics card, and the 75 GB storage space on a solid-state drive. The game will also employ upscaling technology, such as Nvidia's DLSS and AMD's FSR, to make the Miles Morales PC port run and look as smooth as possible on many system configurations.

In addition, Spider-Man Miles Morales will feature DualSense controller support on PC out of the box. However, the DualSense must be plugged in via a USB-C cable in order to take full advantage of the controller's array of features.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales is available now for PS4 and PS5, with a PC version coming on November 18.
