With Spider-Man's The Heist DLC available now, there's a good chance that a plethora of players are currently diving into all that the latest expansion has to offer for the wildly successful PlayStation 4 exclusive title. For those who may still be on the fence about purchasing the add-on, though, Sony and Insomniac Games have decided to release a brand new trailer for the expansion content that offers up "just the facts", as told by J. Jonah Jameson.

As seen below in Spider-Man's The Heist DLC trailer, the footage accompanying Jameson's tear against everyone's favorite Wall Crawler sets up the story, which involves Spidey linking up with his occasional adversary, love interest, and ally, Black Cat. What's more is that the trailer also provides players with a few looks at the new costumes available for the Web Head, with the clip showing off the Resilient Suit, the Spider-UK Suit, and the Scarlet Spider II Suit in action.

For those unaware, Spider-Man's The Heist DLC is going to be the first chapter to come as far as post-launch content is concerned, as Insomniac Games has a couple more stories to tell in two add-ons to come. As part of the PlayStation 4 exclusive's "The City That Never Sleeps" DLC pack, the developer is set to bring players the Turf Wars chapter in November, while an expansion titled Silver Lining is coming in December.

Taking all of this into account, since it's safe to presume that the majority of Spider-Man fans who bought the title at launch are finished with the base game, The Heist DLC and the open world release's subsequent expansions will hopefully offer players yet another reason to swing back into action. If anything, fans can always give the main campaign a go once again to challenge themselves with an increased difficulty thanks to the recent addition of New Game Plus.

Spider-Man is available now for PlayStation 4.
