South Park: The Fractured But Whole, arguably one of the best games at E3 2017, has finally unveiled the minimum and recommended specifications one would need to run the forthcoming RPG on PC, while also giving guidance on what sort of performance fans on the platform will see in the title. In order to do this, the publisher and developer Ubisoft has also provided a list of GPUs supported by the game at release.

Considering the fact that some fans have encountered plenty of situations involving different video games not running properly with particular graphics cards, Ubisoft's decision to let gamers know in advance which ones are supposed to work with South Park: The Fractured But Whole upon its launch is incredibly helpful. After all, it would be disappointing to not be able to see the highest resolution textures of fart clouds possible after installing the game.

With Ubisoft having now published all of the minimum and recommended specifications for the hardware needed to optimally run South Park: The Fractured But Whole on PC, it's safe to presume that the game's current release date is locked in and will not require another shift on the calendar. Previously, the title was meant to release last year, but received a delay for the fall of 2017.

All things considered, while South Park: The Fractured But Whole will surely delight PC fans around the world, it will have stiff competition in the sales market when it comes to its October release. To be specific, with Bungie finally offering its science fiction shooter Destiny 2 for PC during the same month, there's a high chance for the South Park title to be overshadowed when it comes to units sold, despite the cartoon's nearly universal appeal.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole is set to launch on October 17, 2017 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
