Soulja Boy says that he has sold more than five million units of his various games consoles, including the SouljaGame Handheld and PS4/Xbox One knock-off the SouljaGame Fuze. However, those also trying to buy a games console from the "Crank That" and "Kiss Me Thru the Phone" performer are unable to due to some technical issues.

Yesterday, Soulja Boy posted a tweet informing his more than five million Twitter followers that his website (SouljaWatch.com) has been hacked. The rapper claimed that his ex-cameraman had hacked the site and taken it down. Soulja Boy also urged people to contact Shopify (the ecommerce platform that powers the site) in order for Shopify to contact him and get the matter resolved.

Shopify had replied to Soulja Boy's tweet, telling the rapper to message them via Twitter's Direct Messages feature asking for more context of the issue in order to get the matter resolved. However, as of the time of writing, SouljaWatch.com is still unavailable. Trying to load the site comes up with an error page including the messages "Oops, something went wrong!" and "This shop is unavailable".

The replies also include several messages from people informing Shopify that Soulja Boy is selling copyright-infringing goods. Soulja Boy already faced a potential lawsuit from Nintendo over the sale of the Retro SouljaBoy Mini, which closely resembled Nintendo's own Game Boy handheld console.

Others are suggesting that no hack took place whatsoever and that Soulja Boy and his SouljaWatch.com website are merely facing another legal threat. Last week, Soulja Boy began to sell a new version of the SouljaBoy Handheld through his site, only this new device appeared to be a knock-off of the Sony PlayStation Vita. Many replies are speculating that Sony's legal team has worked to take the site down and the rapper is trying to cover his tracks by claiming that he has been "hacked."

It's unclear what the situation is with Soulja Boy's website right now and whether Spotify is working to get the site back online. However, many have encouraged Soulja Boy to get out of the console selling game while he can, as this business venture has been a lot of trouble for the rapper. In another recent tweet, Soulja Boy encouraged fans to donate to him and win a free console, which would at least give the rapper a way to get rid of his remaining stock.
