CI Games' Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 was released recently, offering players a new selection of large, open levels to complete their deadly contracts. The game has been fairly well-received by fans and critics, exemplified by its current 74 Metascore and Very Positive all reviews score on Steam, marking a significant improvement from earlier entries in the series that hovered around the 55 mark with their Metascore.
Contracts 2 is very similar to previous entries in the series, with the core gameplay being centered around sniping targets from incredible distances undetected, infiltrating bases, and exploring the game's impressive maps. The third level in Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, Tajmid Heights, is a Long Shot Contract that tasks players with eliminating three targets, rescuing one man from capture, and sabotaging an oil field. Like in every level, there are a handful of collectibles to find hidden within the map.
In the pictures below, the collectible is located at the white dot within the blue cursor. Furthermore, the quoted descriptions are those that are unlocked when the collectible is found.
The Praying Baker
To find The Praying Baker, head to the location pictured above and look for a pair of windmills. Next to the windmills will be a third windmill that has collapsed on the floor; the collectible will be lying on the ground next to it.
The Collectible's Description
"Once upon a time there was a baker who fed river fish daily. He was visited by a merchant, asking for a worker who would do nothing for forty days, except for two hours on the fortieth day. On that day, he skinned a cow and asked the baker to get into the cow's skin, which was taken away by a giant bird. He was stuck at the top of the mountain. The master said that he will help him return when he throws the jewels down, which he did, only to find out that there is no way down. Resigned, he jumped into the nearby river. The fish recognized the baker, formed a raft and made sure he got to dry land."
Nim Tanak, or Half-Boy
Nim Tanak, or Half-Boy can be found in an underground cave. The collectible is sat on the floor, near to some haphazardly placed branches of wood.
The Collectible's Description
"Once upon a time there was a king who had no children. He spoke to God about his problem, and got four apples - one for each of his wives. Each but one wife ate their apples - the last one only ate half, as the other half was taken by a crow. Every wife but her had healthy children, and she gave birth to a half-boy, Nin Tanak. Years passed and when the lot was hunting, an evil Div kidnapped the princess. The armies led by the "normal" sons were easily defeated. Nin Tanak tried without an army. Div was so surprised that he knew his defeat was coming. The half-boy cut the Div into two halves, and saved everyone."
The City Of Nothing In The World
The City Of Nothing In The World can be found inside of a broken building, on top of a small green container. The surrounding area is heavily guarded by enemies, so be sure to map out the encampment before entering.
The Collectible's Description
"Once upon a time, in the city of Hich a Hich there was a girl who hurt her shin very badly. She wanted to get some cooling ointment from her aunt, but the aunt had none. She got her niece two eggs so that she could exchange them on the bazaar. The girl went to the bazaar, but on the way she lost the eggs and found a jinn in her pocket, who she exchanged to the merchants for the minaret made out of a needle. She climbed the minaret and looked for the lost eggs from the top of it."
Isabella's Notebook
Isabella's Notebook is tricky to obtain, as it is located in the heart of an enemy encampment. The notebook is located within a small tented area, on top of a grey desk next to an open book.
The Collectible's Description
"Isabella's notebook. One of the pages says: I can't shake off the feeling that all the people in the village are creeps. They keep observing my each and every step. As if they were expecting a big fat guy to be the executioner. I'm not 100% sure, but I think I heard some of them calling me a chick. What the actual f***."
Hamza Khan's Notebook
Much like Isabella's Notebook, Hamza Khan's Notebook is located within a small tented area on top of a grey desk. Another similarity to Isabella's Notebook is that the area is surrounded by enemies, so be careful when approaching the location pictured above.
The Collectible's Description
"Hamza Khan's notebook. One of the pages says: Who'd thought I'd be such a businessman. These Zarza are about to make a deal of their life and I'm about to become more powerful than ever. I hope their weaponry is not overrated though, I'm building up power for something much more significant than that sailor stunt."
