With over a hundred gods in Smite and anywhere from a handful to a dozen skins for each, there are easily over a thousand skins players can obtain in the game. When eight thousand gems cost a hundred dollars, or a penny each, and the cheapest skin runs 100 gems it can get expensive very quickly to collect skins.
