Gamers are always doing interesting things with character creators in RPGs, and The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is no different. One Skyrim fan has brought Ciri from The Witcher into the game, and they do a terrific job of capturing her look.

Second only to Geralt of Rivia, Ciri stands tall as one of the most popular characters in the Witcher franchise. While fans are currently seeing her younger years play out in The Witcher Netflix series, many have grown attached to the older version that appears in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Boasting awesome powers alongside a neat fighting style, Ciri’s sections were a major highlight of the 2015 game. It seems like Redditor JoystickRick was particularly fond of them, too, as they have brought this version of Ciri over to their Skyrim playthrough.

JoystickRick provides a great view of their version of Ciri, with the princess-turned-Witcher seen staring directly into her camera. The sword on her back looks great, though the real star of the show is the character model's face and hair. The Redditor did a terrific job of nailing Ciri’s hairstyle, with her white hair tied up so that she has no issues fighting monsters that come her way. The lips and nose are both accurate, as are Ciri’s eyebrows. JoystickRick also nails the most important part of Ciri’s characters design: her eyes.

Plenty of focus is placed on Ciri’s large green eyes in The Witcher novels, and CD Projekt Red made sure to leave them the same because of this. As such, JoystickRick has also brought them over to his Skyrim creation, with Ciri’s eye shadow and green eyes standing out well. The fan also nails Ciri’s outfit, with the shirt being pulled straight from the game. While they cannot be seen, it can be assumed she has the same brown pants as The Witcher 3 version as well, further adding to the look. Some commenters asked what mod was used, though the Redditor has not yet shared this information.

Regardless, Skyrim giving gamers so much freedom in their choices and adventures ensures that players could easily role play as a Witcher while exploring the world. With Ciri having battled foes like a Basilisk and The Wild Hunt, she would feel right at home fighting against Dragons and the Draugr. With JoystickRick’s Ciri already bloody, they have likely already done a bit of fighting as the character. With commenter ezio1452 making the great suggestion of using Geralt as a custom Skyrim companion, there are clearly some ways to make this impressive creation even better.

While Ciri may not be able to use her Dash powers inside of Skyrim, wielding shouts and magic should be a fine alternative. With The Witcher 4 likely far off, a Ciri-focused Skyrim playthrough could be an entertaining way to kill some time.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is available now on PC, PS3, PS4, Switch, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
