One creative fan of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim shared that they have produced a physical replica of The Golden Claw, one of the early quest items in the action role-playing game. Given just how significant this particular item is in the early game of Skyrim, players would likely be very interested to see how it would translate as an actual piece in the real world.

The Skyrim community is no stranger to its fellow members producing plenty of in-game paraphernalia into real-life items. Some fans fixate over the unique armor sets and weapons that the Dragonborn can equip in the game, while others seem satisfied in making replicas of smaller objects like potions or quest items. Even though The Golden Claw is just a small quest piece that players need to retrieve, this particular fan seems to think it is ornate enough to make an actual physical replica for other Skyrim players to appreciate.

Showing off their Golden Claw replica on Reddit, user Yugiwow posted a photo of the item posed on a desk littered with items that seemed like they came right out of Skyrim. However, The Golden Claw remains the centerpiece of the image and players familiar with the piece will likely recognize it the minute they see it. Yugiwow seems to have perfectly replicated the shape, texture, and etchings of the golden item, including the clues for the puzzle that Skyrim players have to solve as part of The Golden Claw's quest line.

Seeing Yugiwow's replica of The Golden Claw seems to have ignited memories of many Skyrim players on the Reddit thread. Others reminisced about how long it took for them to finally figure out the clues for the puzzle, sharing that they spent many hours searching the puzzle location's walls to finally get access to quest reward. Others simply enjoyed the dialogue with one of the NPCs in Skyrim, especially since the entirety of The Golden Claw storyline is basically a fetch quest for one of the characters players will meet early in the game.

According to Yugiwow's Reddit posts, this is not the first time they have made physical replicas of items from Skyrim. Some of their most recent works include a Dwarven Dagger, Daedric Armor, and even an in-game potion. Given how receptive the community is towards their pieces, hopefully the artist will continue making more replicas of items found in the action-RPG. Many would probably look forward to seeing what they come up with next.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is available now for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
