The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim has some tough and intimidating enemies. From trolls to different types of dragons, players will come across foes who will put up a vicious fight and provide an immense challenge. Skyrim is filled with dangerous enemies that can lead to an easy game over screen if gamers are not ready.

One of those enemies is the Dwarven Centurion Master. This upgraded version of Skyrim's Dwarven Centurion can be found in Dwemer Ruins and is constructed of Dwemer blocks with thick dwarven armor. This enemy wields a warhammer and battle axe, and can take lots of damage while making use of very powerful attacks. They are a nightmare for low-leveled players and will wipe out anyone not prepared to take them on. One player seemed to know they were not ready for an encounter with a Dwarven Centurion Master, leading to a hilarious reaction when spotting the enemy.

A Redditor going by the name 3078655 uploaded a clip that shows them run into a Dwarven Centurion Master. In the short video, 3078655 is exploring a dungeon in Skyrim when they come across a pair of double doors. The player opens the doors, revealing the Dwarven Centurion Master on the other side. Instead of walking into the room and facing the enemy, 3078655 simply closes the doors, turns around, and walks away. The clip is humorous and shows what a smart player might do when running into an enemy they are not ready for.

3078655 is not the only one to have such a reaction to a Dwarven Centurion. Many commented that they could relate to the gamer's reaction, as they themselves have walked into a room, seen what was waiting, and turned around to walk away. Some state that even though they closed the door, Skyrim glitched and the enemy still got through and chased them down.

Where 3078655 walked away from a tough encounter, some gamers will take on the challenge. A Reddit user known as Mother-Literature121 posted a clip of themselves taking on a bandit in Skyrim. The player blasts the bandit with magic, which seems to just anger it. The enemy rushes at Mother-Literature121 and releases a flurry of blows with their shield. The aggressive attack proves to be too much for the gamer to handle, leading to a vicious death. It shows that Skyrim is full of enemies that can overwhelm players, especially when not they're unexpected.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
