An unusual mod for The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim replaces all the textures in the game with Nazeem. Even though Skyrim came out over ten years ago, it’s still being played today. Bethesda has re-released the game several times on newer platforms, with Skyrim Anniversary Edition on the Switch being the latest entry in this list.

Skyrim mods have likely contributed to the longevity of the game. Players can use these mods to change various aspects of the game, from improving the graphics and visual effects to adding new features that make the experience feel fresh. Some Skyrim mods exist solely to add absurd or amusing elements to the game. As an example, this latest mod replaces all the textures in Skyrim with one of the most hated characters in the game.

The Cursed Skyrim - The Nazeem Mod replaces all textures in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim with an image of Nazeem. Its creator claims that it’s probably the most cursed textures pack players will ever see, and has uploaded several pictures showcasing how the world looks with the mod enabled. As seen in the image, all the natural beauty, and manmade establishments are replaced with Nazeem’s face, giving the world an unusually creepy look. Interested fans can download this mod from the Nexus Mods website.

Another mod by the same creator lets users replace all Skyrim NPCs with Nazeem. It’s called Cursed Skyrim - Nazeem Replacer, and it performs exactly as advertised, as users can see an image that shows five characters on the same screen that all look like him.

Nazeem is infamous within The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim community, probably due to his behavior and attitude in the game. He is known for being rude and hostile towards even the Dragonborn, the main playable character of Skyrim’s story. As a result, many gamers have shared videos of them killing Nazeem in funny ways. One Skyrim player has killed Nazeem every day for a year, and they plan on continuing this streak until The Elder Scrolls 6 comes out.

Bethesda recently confirmed that The Elder Scrolls 6 is in pre-production, so fans will have to wait for a few years to play the game. Bethesda Game Studios is currently working on the highly-anticipated Starfield, which is scheduled to release in the first half of 2023. So, The Elder Scrolls 6 will probably enter full production sometime after Starfield comes out.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim - Anniversary Edition is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
