Bthayes28 decided to use this situation to reference the famous line in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim "I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee." As seen in the picture, they got a perfect tattoo that makes it look like the knee surgery scar is an arrow’s shaft. The poster bthayes28 had to get their knee replaced after years of marathons, and almost used the words “I used to be a runner like you...” as the caption.
