Zen Studios, in partnership with Bethesda, is planning on releasing three pinball tables based on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Fallout, and DOOM in December.

Gamers that can't get enough of Bethesda or pinball may take a liking to today's announcement. Zen Studios has revealed that it's working with Bethesda Software to develop three brand new pinball tables for three major Bethesda franchises. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Fallout, and DOOM have each been selected for a table in The Bethesda Pinball Pack, with Zen Studios planning to launch them in a bundle on December 6, 2016.

Each of the pinball tables will of course be thematically robust. The Fallout table will implore players to collect bobbleheads, raid vaults, and even join a faction of their choosing. On the DOOM table players will, naturally, be slaughtering hordes of demons as fast as they can. Finally, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim table gives players a full cloth crafting system with weapons, armor, magic, and the materials necessary to make it all work – as well as working marketplace. Become the Dragonborn, only with flippers instead of dragon shouts.

Images of each table have been provided on Zen Studios' website along with the official announcement. Each table features characters, locations, and other iconic visuals that should be immediately recognizable to players. Just for example, the Skyrim table features a miniature Whiterun on one side and a miniature Dragonborn on the other. As the game progresses the little Dragonborn will fight different enemies including Alduin, or even converse with NPCs like Lydia. Expect each table to be robust.

The Bethesda Pinball pack will be released as DLC for Zen Studios' existing pinball platform, Pinball FX2. Pinball FX2 essentially exists solely as a platform for its DLC pinball tables though, meaning that consumers can download the base game for free. It's like Pinball FX2 is essentially the local pinball arcade and walking in is free, but then playing the machines each takes your cash. Just for comparison's sake, individual tables have gone for between $2.99 and $4.99 in the past – although a price point for this DLC has not yet been discussed.

Zen Studios is well known for creating themed pinball tables for a variety of popular franchises, with Bethesda's games just being the latest. Other franchises that have gotten the Zen Studios treatment include Star Wars, The Walking Dead, Aliens, and several Marvel Properties: Guardians of the Galaxy, Ant-Man, Age of Ultron, and more. Despite all of the IP-driven varieties, Zen's virtual tables are usually very well regarded.

The Bethesda Pinball Pack, including tables for Skyrim, Fallout and DOOM, will launch on December 6, 2016 on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC via both Steam and the Windows 10 store. Mobile platforms will get the pinball pack two days later on December 8, 2016.
