The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim has many powerful and interesting enemies for players to fight. Mixed with the numerous unique locations in Skyrim, the encounters are always slightly different than they might have been on previous saves. A perfect example of that fact comes from a recent video posted on Reddit, which shows one of Skyrim's early combatants defeated in a hysterical way.

Fans of The Elder Scrolls 5 have been able to use mods in Skyrim for so long it can be easy to forget how entertaining the original title is without any extra content. The new Skyrim clip is a comedic reminder that game is filled with fun and unexpected experiences, as the encounter between a player and an enemy ends perfectly.

Reddit user Comfortable-Heron391 posted a video to the Skyrim subreddit titled, "Back to where you came fiend." The video shows a player in Bleak Falls Barrow, fighting the Draugr Overlord from an early quest with the Jarl of Whiterun. The draugr, who emerges from a tomb to attack gamers, is defeated and, thanks to a slow motion shot of the fight, is thrown back into the tomb where it came from, dead once again. This Skyrim enemy is typically the first true challenge that players face, though clearly some experienced fans can defeat the foe with ease.

Of course, Elder Scrolls players are accustomed to the occasional funny moment. From glitches to cheese homes in Skyrim, fans have seen it all. That doesn't mean that these unique aspects of Skryim cease being funny and interesting, though. Indeed, over ten years after the title was originally released, The Elder Scrolls 5 continues to help players and passionate fans have awesome experiences. The clip by Comfortable-Heron391, after all, is only from the first couple missions of Skyrim. There are hundreds of other quests and places to explore that can easily entertain players.

Skyrim has been available for more than a decade, and fans are now eagerly awaiting the next installment in the franchise, The Elder Scrolls 6. Little is known about the next title, and players can only hope that it is as legendary as its predecessors. Fortunately, though, Skyrim is still relevant, fun, and loved by its dedicated community. As long as fans continue to make crazy creations, share funny videos, and play Skyrim for the pure enjoyment of experiencing Bethesda's epic story of the Dovakin, the game will remain relevant, serving as a classic example of the open-world RPG experience.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
