In an online post, a Skyrim player has shown how they have managed to level all of their skills in-game, without ever leaving the town of Whiterun. As an iconic location in Skyrim, the city has been depicted in many different ways, such as fan art, with one player even recreating Whiterun in Unreal Engine 5.

Skyrim has been extensively scoured for content since its release, and players have surely exhausted all the existing content by now. The next logical step for players is to impose restrictions upon themselves like this, and see just how far they can push the title to its limits. While there are Skyrim mods that add huge amounts of content to the game, that option might not be open to everyone, such as console players. Restrictions like this are the next best way for players to create their own fun.

In the post, Redditor skimm12 shows a tier list of the skills in terms of difficulty to max out in Whiterun. The tier list features the amount of time it took to max each of Skyrim's skills, with only one skill taking longer than 25 hours. As well as this, they feature images of each different skill, with a description of how they leveled up each one. They also stay active in the comments, with plenty of players querying their techniques further.

It speaks to the level of detail that Bethesda included in its world that players are able to experience everything the game has to offer while not leaving one city. In the post, the user claims that they only did it to "test if it is possible," and many of the techniques used were exploits in order to make the skills reach level 100. This type of bug isn't new to the game, with there being plenty of exploits that allow players to glitch their Skyrim skills to 100.

The fact that players are still desperate to immerse themselves in Skyrim's world is a sure sign that demand for The Elder Scrolls 6 is as high as ever. While the game has been announced, it is still years away from release, with Bethesda still focused on releasing Starfield in 2023. As the wait for a sequel drags on, fans can expect to see many other restriction challenges like this while players look for new ways to experience Bethesda's classic RPG.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is available now for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
