Building in The Sims 4 is a serious skill. There are some people out there that are seriously so good at building and decorating houses. Luckily for us, many of those people upload their homes to the gallery so that we can all browse, download, and place the houses. For people that aren't so great at building houses and really struggle to get them to look good enough for their Sims to live in, it's fun to download a house someone else built and just enjoy their work.

10 A Witchy Treehouse

This unique house isn't just set on a foundation on the ground. It's a witchy treehouse that's perfect for a Spellcaster that likes to keep life natural. This Sim will definitely be the talk of whichever neighborhood that you decide to place your Sim's home in - whether it's Glimmerbrook or another of the many neighborhoods in The Sims 4.

Spellcasters are definitely a unique type of mythical creature in The Sims 4, so we can't really expect them to have a regular home, can we? This treehouse has tons of space for everything that a Spellcaster could ask for in their life and uses no CC.

9 A Historic Home

Built by Tumblr user MsFrankenstein910, this historic home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comes semi-furnished. If you're a Sims 4 player that loves to decorate homes but isn't so into the building aspect, this is perfect because you can add your Sim's own personal touches to this house.

The outside of this house looks kind of dark and old, which is perfect for a historic, antique aesthetic. If your Spellcaster is looking to be known as a pretty mysterious figure in Glimmerbrook's magical world, this is perfect! 8 A Witchy Starter Home

This house was built by RadiantSimsYT is the perfect starter home for a new Spellcaster. Although houses in The Sims 4 can get majorly pricey as items are added into it and rooms are added onto the structure, every Sim has to start somewhere. Single Sims start their life with a sum of 20,000 Simoleons, so you can't get a massive house and still have enough to feed your Sim.

This starter home is perfect for Glimmerbrook's aesthetic and has one bedroom and one bathroom. It'll set your Sim back §19,863, so either load up the cheat code menu to give your Sim some more cash or get them a good job ASAP!

7 A Halloween House

This spooky home was built as part of the Sims community on Tumblr's Halloween celebration, Simblreen. It definitely looks like it was built for the Halloween season, but that doesn't mean that you can't use it all the time - especially if you've got a Spellcaster Sim with a bit of a spooky look.

This house is decorated with a ton of Halloween-inspired items from the Spooky Stuff Pack, but that doesn't mean that you can't switch them out for more seasonally neutral items. Or, maybe you love this dark and eerie aesthetic for your Spellcaster. The beautiful thing about The Sims 4 is that you can do anything you want.

This house has no CC, so it's completely ready to just be downloaded off the gallery and put into your game so your Sim can move right in. There's even a room in the house that is perfect for flower arranging. Or, you can remove the equipment and use it for something else, like brewing potions.

3 A Colorful Witchy Home

This house is one that really mixes the classic, historic styles that are available in The Sims 4 with some more modern touches. It's perfect for a Spellcaster and looks right at home in Glimmerbrook. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a little space in the backyard for a garden or bee box.

This house is really unique because of the fact that it features a ton of muted colors in the accents of the decor and structural pieces. Along with these muted but interesting colors, there's a ton of stained glass throughout the house to add a lot of interest to the home.

Even though this house is loaded up with witchy items, this house doesn't actually use any CC. It does use items from multiple packs, though, so keep that in mind. Luckily, the gallery lists all the packs that houses or Sims that have been uploaded to it use, so you can check and make sure that it'll be placed down without a problem!
