Are you eager to send your Sim off to university? You might be surprised just how daunting the workload is once you have to juggle up to four classes a semester. While it might be a quick way out of university, why be in a hurry to get out when your Sim is living the best time of their life?

The campus isn't just a place where you eat and sleep, and eventually go to class in order to get your degree. Going out to explore and meeting new people, as well as trying some of the brand new activities is a big part of Discover University, which is why we've prepared a list of 10 best activities you can get into while in university and on campus. There's something for everyone here!

10 Show Off Your School Pride

The Britechester and Foxbury Spirit Corps are in charge on both campuses of getting everyone hyped up for their own school. You might notice them start gatherings randomly on campus, where you can meet the school mascots, and possibly even witness them engage in a fistfight.

It's a really awesome opportunity to get excited about your school and the mascot, as well as meet new people while having a good time with fellow students. Any excuse to not study and party instead, right?

9 Cram Last Minute

If you go to your commons when the final exams of the semester are just around the corner, you'll notice an abnormal amount of people gathering. As per usual, everyone's cramming away on the last day before a big exam.

If you join in, your Sim will gain a Focused moodlet, which will boost the development of their skills. This is a really great way to get just a bit more out of your studies, or if you don't want to study you can just go and develop your other skills in the commons thanks to the Focused moodlet.

8 Bike Around

One of the best things that came with Discover University was definitely the option to have bikes. While they're still pretty buggy, with your Sims sometimes biking extremely short distances or getting on their bike indoors, it's a nice way to get around the central areas of the campus.

Not to mention, with no gyms around a short bike ride is sure to get your Sim's fitness skill up and keep them from gaining too much weight from all the instant noodles and pizza they'll likely consume. To get yourself a bike, you can buy one at your campus kiosk.

7 See A Match

It wouldn't be a proper university experience if you couldn't go and enjoy some good old sports. Whether your flavor of competition is actual sports or esports, there's something for everyone.

There are game days regularly on campus, where you can hop into the arena and watch a game of your choice, and gain a nice moodlet by the end of it. Not to mention, for sports game days, the Spirit Corps of both universities will be there to hype everyone, which is another opportunity to have fun and party.

6 Join An Organization

University is about finding your crew and the kind of people you really want to become close friends with. Both campuses offer three different organizations you can join. Check your Club tab to see when they're gathering next and after introducing yourself ask to join the organization.

Organizations give you tons of skill and extra credit boosts, as well as a few cool rewards like the debate jacket. Keep in mind, however, that you'll need to progress in the ranks of the organization to reap the rewards, and that means actually going to the events and getting to know people.

5 Throw A Keg Party

Your Sims university experience won't be complete if they don't go out to party at least once or twice. There's a bar in Britechester which has reduced prices for students, but if a bar night sounds too boring for you, you could always throw a keg party at your own dorm or university housing.

Hosting a successful keg party will even get you a special reward by the end of it, so if you're all about collecting the special items, this is a must activity. So, get your music and snacks on, and live the university experience to the fullest with a classic keg party.

4 Join A Sports Team

For particularly ambitious Sims, there are more than just organizations you can rank up in. Both schools have their own football teams, which require you to attend practice once you join.

There's no better way to represent your university than actually playing on game day. If you're not that confident in your fitness skills but consider yourself a master of video games, your Sim can also join the esports team of their school and compete to become the master of SimScuffle. Tournaments are organized regularly, and to boost your focus you can consume an energy drink.

3 Play Juice Pong

Ah, the classic games of university. If you don't stop by to play a round of juice pong at least once during your time in university, what are you even doing? The juice pong table can be found around campus as the game day rolls around, and those attending Foxbury will be happy to know it's available all the time in the Foxbury Commons.

Moreover, if you join the school Spirit Corps, you'll receive a juice pong table as your reward, with colors based on the school you attended during your time in university.

2 Work On Your Skills

Depending on your Sims' interests and even their major, they might want to use some of their free time to really develop their skills or brush up on a few things. The common areas on both campuses provide not just a nice hangout place but also objects your Sims can use to develop their skills.

In UBrite, you can brush up on your debating skills, while in Foxbury you have a chess table as well as robotics workstations at your disposal. If you live in a dorm where you can only have limited items, it's a good idea to take advantage of all these skill objects.

1 Study Up

Well, it's university, so at the end of the day, you do need to study. However, you're not confined to your dorm room or to your housing to do that. Heading over to the central library or to the commons to study will often spawn other students to join you and set up a little study group around you.

This is great if your Sim needs a bit of socializing and wants to make friends, but also really need to catch up on homework or nail down that presentation of theirs. Try to get out as much as possible while in university, and you'll have a better time.
