Despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic shutting down large gatherings and entertainment production around the world, many television reboots have been announced or are in the works such as a National Treasure TV series for Disney+. CBS recently ordered its series for next season, with one of the stand-out projects being a reboot of The Silence of the Lambs.

The drama series Clarice, produced by Alex Kurtzman and Jenny Lumet, will star Rebecca Breeds of Pretty Little Liars fame as FBI Agent Clarice Starling six months after the events of the original novels and the 1991 film. There is currently no word on who will play Hannibal Lector according to Entertainment Weekly.
