As part of its tweet, Marvel has already shared a link to the livestream of the red carpet premiere. Fans will be able to access the feed starting at 8:45 pm Eastern Time. The cast and crew of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will be present at the premiere and fans will be able to see live interviews and get the inside scoop on the upcoming film

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is the first Asian superhero-led film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and fan expectations for the project are quite high at this point. Simu Liu, who plays the titular character, has himself expressed his excitement several times at being able to portray the role and be a part of the MCU. The film will follow Shang-Chi’s journey of having to confront his part and the mysterious world of his overlord father and the Ten Rings.

The film stars Tony Leung as Wenwu, aka The Mandarin. Fans are quite excited to see the MCU bring back this popular character. After a fake version of The Mandarin was seen in Iron Man 3, Marvel boss Kevin Feige has promised that Shang-Chi will do The Mandarin justice. The trailers so far have shown him in his powerful avatar, using the power of the Ten Rings to bring down an entire army. However, he will also be seen going up against his own son, and it should be an epic showdown.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings also stars Awkwafina as Shang-Chi’s friend Katy, Michelle Yeoh as Ying Nan, Meng’er Zhang as Xialing, Fala Chen as Jiang Li, and Florian Munteanu as Razor Fist, among others.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings premieres in theaters on September 3, 2021.
