We here at Game Rant value nothing more than providing the most varied gaming news possible, so to shake things up we thought we'd take a little time to talk about Halo: Reach. With so many people playing the game day after day, it's safe to say that each and every nook and cranny of the game world will be scoured by the end of the month. The 2 latest easter eggs hidden by the good people of Bungie have been discovered, and are 2 of the best yet. While others may give players a fun but pointless race, these show the sense of humour Bungie has, and the dedication to their fans.

First off, how many times have you found yourself ankle-deep in Covenant Grunts and thought, "I bet if we all ran into eachother at a nightclub somewhere, we'd spend our time partying, instead of dismembering one another." Well it turns out Bungie was thinking the same thing:

Now that we've covered the laughs section of the easter eggs with Brutes spinning vinyl and Grunts dancing like there's no tomorrow, we can move on to the Tribute Room. For those of you who don't know, since the first release of Halo: Combat Evolved in 2001, the fan community has produced more than a few tributes to the series. From machinima, to fansites, to crazy web videos, fans have done everything they could to support the franchise. While this may be Bungie's last Halo game, they've taken the opportunity to show that these efforts did not go unnoticed.

You'll need a partner for this one:

So if you were one of the few who have already put the game down, it may be time to gather some friends and check out these secrets for yourself. Or maybe take some time away from schooling noobs in matchmaking to explore some of the game's environments for yourself.

I had thought that the Master Chief easter egg was as good as they would get, but I stand corrected. It's one thing for Bungie to pay tribute to the story they've told throughout the entire series by featuring the character who created it all, but to put together such an elaborate environment dedicated to the fan community? I can't think of anything better.

If there were any lingering doubt about Halo being a unique property when it comes to fan involvement, they should be gone by now. While not everyone may agree that Halo is as good as social gaming (in every aspect of the word) can get, an exceedinglylarge number of fans seem to feel that it warrants more of their time than just about anything. It's no wonder Microsoft wants more Halo titles to be released. And who knows what other surprises await in Bungie's swan song? One thing you can be sure of is that when we know, you'll know.

Halo: Reach is out now only on the Xbox 360.
