That drink is dubbed Captain Bones' Special Recipe, and locating it can prove to be a bit tricky. For those fans that are having some trouble tracking down Captain Bones' Special Recipe in Sea of Thieves, this guide is here to provide assistance.
To get right to it, players that are searching for the drink should return to the platforming section that they passed through on their way to the Cursed Captain's skull. They should then find the pulley that moves the two suspended platforms in that section and interact with it in order to position those platforms near the middle of the gap. When that has been done, Sea of Thieves fans should jump onto the first platform and direct their attention to the opening in the rock wall to the right.
From there, players should use the lit candle that is sitting atop a barrel as a guide and jump into the aforementioned opening. They should then move slightly forward, and they will see a sparkling bottle on the ground to their right. This bottle is none other than Captain Bones' Special Recipe, and fans simply need to press the input that appears onscreen to pick it up and advance to the next step of this Sea of Thieves A Pirate's Life Tall Tale.
With respect to the specifics of that next step, it revolves around giving the drink to Captain Bones, one of the skeletons that is playing chess in Sailor's Grave. This action will cause Bones' skull to explode, and the Cursed Captain will then indicate that he would like to take his place.
