Several original survivors and Stab 3 casts members are injured or killed in an attempt to find out where Sidney Prescott is hiding. Sidney must come out if she wishes the murders to stop and find the one responsible for them. Although this movie isn't the best of the Scream series, it is still memorable and entertaining.

Gale (Courteney Cox), and Dwight (David Arquette) are also back to uncover the person behind the mask and help Sidney.
