During Phase 2, the player will receive an invitation from Musubi. She will entrust the player to search for her missing regular, which happens to involve uncovering Musubi codes. Musubi will give the player the first code, but the rest are hidden in each episode of the Scarlet Nexus anime show that's based on the game.

7 Revealing The Identity Of A Septentrion

At the top of the power hierarchy of the OSF are the members of the Septentrion. These seven soldiers are widely revered and are considered to be the most powerful of them all. This group is also shrouded in mystery and only a handful of its members are known to the public.

So far, the only known members of the Septentrion are Karen, Fubuki, Seto, and Luka. The other members of the group haven't been officially made known yet. However, it is speculated that Kodama's twin sister, Yuta, is also a Septentrion member. The player can read Shiden and Haruka discuss this via a group brain message.

The best weapons in Scarlet Nexus can only be earned after the player completes both of Yuito and Kasane's playthrough. Once the player meets this requirement, they can find the best weapons in the game for every character from Satori's shop.

5 Phantom Arts

For the player to acquire the ultimate weapons for their companions in the game, they will need to complete a bunch of side quests to earn Phantom Arts. These items are needed to exchange a character's ultimate weapon from Satori the Archivist.

The player will immediately earn the Phantom Arts for Yuito and Kasane after completing both playthroughs. The rest are earned after the player completes specific side quests in the game. These quests will also only appear after the player beats both playthroughs.

4 VI Plug-Ins

The VI variations of the game's various plug-ins are the best the game offers. The plug-ins that have this variation are Forcefield, Health Boost, and Power Enhance. These items are necessary should the player want to increase a character's defense, health, or power rating.

These items can be purchased or exchanged from Satori the Archivist. However, these powerful plug-ins will only become available after the player beats both of Yuito and Kasane's playthrough, making them perfect New Game Plus items. The Research Facility level in Scarlet Nexus has some of the most bizarre moments and plot-driving revelations in the game. Although both Yuito and Kasane are able to explore this area, the latter protagonist has the chance to explore the level deeper, leading them to where Seiran has hidden Naomi.

The final area of this level reveals a lot about Seiran's knowledge of the Others. On top of the things Naomi reveals to Kasane, a plethora of paintings of Others can also be spotted pinned on the walls of the massive hallway.

2 The Haunted Hospital

Scarlet Nexus is not a horror game. It is as further removed from the genre as a game can be. That's why it's so odd that the Old OSF Hospital level is a haunted place. Not that many people know it, but this is a secret a few players have had the misfortune of discovering.

If the player lingers on a place in the Old OSF Hospital long enough, they'll be able to see apparitions walking about. The player can't interact with these ghastly figures. They can simply observe them go about their business.

1 Team Bond Level Rewards

The Team Bond level system of Scarlet Nexus is the attribute the player can turn to if they want the game's various SAS abilities to become more powerful. To increase the Team Bond level, the player must simply increase every character's bond level. The Team Bond level will increase on its own as the player works on individual bond levels.

The player will earn a handful of rewards for reaching certain bond levels. For Team Bond level 2, the player will earn the White Battle attire for Yuito or Kasane. For Team Bond level 4, the player will be able to do Team Bond episodes, which also gives them cute photos of the group together. Reaching Team Bond level 5 reward will net the White Battle attire for every other character in the team.
