Hi-Rez Studios' 4v4 team-based multiplayer shooter Rogue Company has just added another character to its roster. Last month a Rogue Company cinematic trailer revealed Kestrel, a founding member of the group that wields the Riptide Assault Rifle and the Knight SMG to deal with opponents. This month the game welcomes Seeker, a 21 year-old Olympic medalist in archery who fires arrows with scanning abilities to provide intel for his team.

The Rogue Company crew took note of Seeker's abilities and decided to recruit him into the squad. He assisted with the assault on Jackal's Hollow base, which will also release as a new map for the game as part of Season 1 content. Besides his bow, Seeker is also equipped with a few other weapons. He has Sticky Sensors which he can place in strategic locations to track enemy movement, and he can use his Bounce Grenades to keep opponents on their toes.

Seeker's debut trailer shows him testing out his weapon kit in training. Along with his Bounce Grenades, it looks like his arrows ricochet multiple times before they cease to be a threat. Seeker's information gathering ability puts him firmly in the Intel Rogue category, and he will join Rogue Company members like Dallas and Talon in discovering enemy locations and creating advantageous engagement opportunities for his team members.

Rogue Company has managed to find to itself an audience in a crowded gallery of team-based shooters. The game has passed 15 million players and has only grown since its debut as a PC exclusive on the Epic Games Store. Rogue Company has also kept players interested, ending up on the list of top ten most popular titles on the Epic Games Store in 2020.

Seeker is the latest character to arrive as part of the Season One update for the game, but there are likely more characters coming as 2021 progresses. The free-to-play Rogue Company has benefitted from regular updates since its launch in 2020 and hasn't shown any signs of slowing down.

Rogue Company is out on PC, PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
