A recent job posting from Rockstar Games suggests a new title could be announced to audiences soon. Hopeful fans assume that, if this is the case, the title will be either Grand Theft Auto 6 or the long-anticipated Bully 2.

The hoopla stems from a new job listing for a video editor by Rockstar Games on its official website's careers sections. It was noticed by Bully Youtuber TheNathanNS, who then tweeted out the listing with some excerpts from the post that imply the gig could be for work on a new trailer. People online ran with it, and now there are plenty of others gleaning the post with optimism.

Rockstar Games is asking for a video editor that can "communicate emotional content and excitement of a game within a 60-second format." This description certainly sounds like a trailer, but whether it is for a new game or not is up for debate. As TheNathanNS even points out, the elements of drama that are requested point more toward Red Dead Redemption than the more light-hearted Grand Theft Auto or Bully series. The developer will eventually find its person and then all that can be done is to wait and see how the project pans out.

Realistically, however, fans should not expect the trailer to be for Bully 2, as no one truly knows the status of that title. It was rumored that it would release in 2020 but was later contradicted by a report saying development on Bully 2 was scrapped due to lack of momentum. At this point, it's best to let its release come as a pleasant surprise.

When it comes to Grand Theft Auto 6, however, there is much more of a possibility. Leaks and rumors have been making headlines lately, amping up anticipation for the title and making it seem like an official announcement is imminent. The most recent GTA leak names celebrity voice actors and three cities players will visit. According to this new information, the sequel will feature two siblings, one of which will be voiced by John Leguizamo. The game will take place over two decades and will bring players back to a familiar city.

Widening the scope a bit, if the trailer is for a new game, it doesn't necessarily have to be for the highly-anticipated sequels above. There are other titles under the developer's umbrella, and we have a few ideas on what Rockstar's next game could be.
