Google has been bolstering the catalog of games for its Stadia streaming service by bringing in new titles from older franchises like Robot Entertainment's Orcs Must Die! 3. During the Google Stadia Connect livestream, it was announced that ACE Team's Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break will be releasing on the platform in June.

This most recent entry in a franchise going back to 2011 is a combined "tower defense and arcade action game" with a heavy focus on level creation and sharing that has an art style and "quirky" sense of humor reminiscent of Monty Python. The Stadia release will join versions coming to PS4, Steam, Switch, and Xbox One on June 2 according to publisher Modus Games' website.

Rock of Ages 3 was first announced in March, and according to Modus Games' website includes an "expansive, gut-busting" story alongside its level creator that will feature "irreverent takes" on legendary historical characters.

A number of other bizarre-styled games were announced during the Google Stadia livestream, including Funktronic Labs' Wave Break that seeks to combine Wave Race 64 and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.

Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break will be available for PS4, Stadia, Steam, Switch, and Xbox One on June 2, 2020.
