Xbox and Bethesda's June Showcase was full of surprises, ranging from gameplay reveals for some of the most anticipated games of the next 12 months to announcements of brand-new Indie titles. Among the onslaught of reveals, the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase found the time to announce that Riot Games is partnering with Xbox to bring some of its biggest titles over to the Xbox family of consoles, PC, and mobile via Xbox Game Pass.

Right now, five Riot Games titles have been confirmed for Xbox Game Pass, with each one also bringing a slew of bonus content that's exclusive to those playing the games via Game Pass. For anyone that hasn't jumped in on these world-famous titles yet, this is the perfect incentive to do so, and for those who have played for years, there are some neat bonuses that should keep them playing even longer.

League of Legends

League of Legends Nami

One of the biggest games in the entire world, League of Legends is heading to Xbox Game Pass on the PC. For those who have never given the infamous MOBA a shot, they should know that gameplay mainly consists of choosing a Champion with a unique set of abilities, and working alongside four other players to destroy the opposing team's base. The text chat can get a little toxic at times, which can be off-putting for newcomers, but the game itself is great, and has essentially informed the entire genre since.

For those playing League of Legends via Xbox Game Pass, they'll have access to every single Champion in the game. With over 160 Champions in League of Legends, Game Pass users will be spoiled for choice. And to make matters even better, Game Pass subscribers will also have access to any new Champions on the day they're released, for no additional charge.

A League of Legends experience built solely for mobile devices, League of Legends: Wild Rift takes the same addictive MOBA gameplay of the PC version and condenses it down into an intuitive, slick mobile experience. Those who subscribe to Xbox Game Pass will also have access to all the Champions in League of Legends: Wild Rift, with day one access being given for any new Champions as well, just like the PC version. There are currently just over 80 Champions in this version of the MOBA mainstay.

Legends of Runeterra

Inspired by the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering, Legends of Runeterra takes the iconic Champions of the League of Legends series and throws them into a competitive card game. Players will need to combine their cards effectively to earn bonuses, and gain the edge over their opponent. For those who subscribe to Xbox Game Pass, they can now unlock the Foundations Set for free, which includes the Demacia, Frelijord, Ionia, Noxus, Piltover and Zaun, and The Shadow Isles cards - everything a new player needs to get started.

Teamfight Tactics

Plan Teamfight Tactics

Another League of Legends spinoff, Teamfight Tactics is an auto-battler game in which players take an iconic Champion from the series and equip them with a range of items that affect how they battle. Players face off against seven other Champions in any given match, with the victor being the one who has combined their Champions and items effectively. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will receive a Tier One Little Legends avatar, which acts as their in-game character sprite.

Valorant

Fade In Valorant With A Vandal

The most recent hero shooter to actually take off and become a hit, Valorant may seem like an Overwatch or Team Fortress 2 clone, but visceral gunplay and its unique cast of characters, each with memorable abilities, help to set the game apart from its competition. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will have immediate access to all 18 Agents in this Riot Games title, and will also receive day-one access to any new Agents that come to Valorant in the near-future.
