After months of being difficult to find online at a reasonable price, Ring Fit Adventure returned to stock on Amazon. It's unclear how much stock was available, but within 15 minutes it was once again entirely sold out. Hopefully, at least a few more Nintendo Switch users will now be able to enjoy Ring Fit Adventure for some exercise.
Ring Fit Adventure's popularity exploded as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold in the United States. With gyms closed during state lockdown, homes were looking for alternatives for exercise. Ring Fit Adventure just happened to be a perfect option, so long as both it and the Nintendo Switch were in stock.
Amazon didn't announce the restock. Potential buyers just have to follow different social media channels in the hope that they catch the restock on time, as in this instance, stock returned around 3:30 pm PT and was gone 15 minutes later. Stock will eventually return again, but when and in what quantity are unknown.
Amazon isn't the first online retailer to be restocked in recent weeks. Best Buy had some copies of Ring Fit Adventure available on its website a couple of times this past week. It feels like a wave is finally coming available across retailers, notable given the complete lack of stock for a long while now. Those still looking for a copy should definitely keep an eye open in the days and weeks ahead, on Amazon and otherwise.
