Rick and Morty has been a huge success for Adult Swim and fans have been eager to see the second part of season 4. Despite numerous Rick and Morty media crossovers, the show is still what generates the most excitement, and fans will be relieved that they do not have too long to wait for more episodes.

The animated program was the result of Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland collaborating on a new project. Despite Harmon's previous work on the sitcom Community and Roiland's voice acting in Adventure Time, few could have predicted the level of commercial and critical success that Rick and Morty has attained. With that in mind, fans have been keen to see the show return.

The second part of season 4 will arrive on May 3rd, and there is also a teaser for some of the episodes. Future episodes look to nod to the Alien franchise with face squids, Anime with mecha suits, and Tammy looks to be coming back to the show for an epic fight. The trailer illustrates the humor the show is known for and marks the return of some fan-favorite characters. While many have been passing the time with spin-offs from the show, it will be a comfort to know that it is coming back at the start of next month.

It will be exciting to see what the new season can deliver, judging from this trailer and the creators behind the shows numerous projects it seems that there are plenty of ideas still to come.
