After Rick and Morty returned from a brief vacation this past Sunday, Adult Swim dropped the teaser trailer for this week’s episode, which depicts Rick simply getting too old for wacky supervillains.

The title for Rick and Morty's next adventure - “Analyze Piss” - doesn't say much, but according to the showrunners and staff’s recent interviews, the second part of season 6 features more action than usual, and even some of their favorite episodes overall. How that intersects with the series’ current ongoing plot involving Rick Prime, especially now that Rick has his portal gun readily available, remains to be seen.

Keeping up with tradition, Adult Swim posted a 30-second clip on its Swimpedia handle (@swimpedia). The promo again places Rick and Morty at an unknown location facing Magneto's lesser-known variant, Cookie Magneto. Naturally, this less-than-intimidating villain instantly awakens Morty's curiosity, as the teenager is dumbfounded over whether he can only control cookies or all of their ingredients, not that Rick cares about any of this nonsense, of course.

Although Cookie Magneto gets blown to bits, the Rick and Morty teaser doesn't say much about what “Analyze Piss” could be about. After all, Rick's tiredness could come down to an extensive career of facing supervillains, instead of this being an episode featuring many eccentric foes. Whether the title refers to the 1999 comedy Analyze This (starring Robert De Niro and Billy Crystal) or Rick's new catchphrase is impossible to tell.

Season 6's return was marked by an incredibly meta seventh episode that made fun of the creative struggles even Rick and Morty's writing staff can face at times. However, early impressions on social media seem split between fans who loved it absolutely and those who didn’t dig such levels of self-awareness. In any case, most Rick and Morty episodes this season have been solid and outright hilarious, delivering precisely the type of entertainment the show’s fans love.

It’s not as if the series ever goes fully on break, as this cutoff served to promote Rick and Morty's Fortnite collaborations, internet content, and their presence in MultiVersus' perpetually expanding roster. To make things even better, once season 6 wraps up, there is more to look forward to, including the Rick and Morty anime spinoff that will capitalize on the popularity of the duo's past Japanese adventures available on YouTube.

Rick and Morty season 6 airs on Sunday on Adult Swim.
