Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is here and is ready to eat up every die-hard fan's time as they tear through Stormtroopers and monsters with their own personal lightsaber. To celebrate the Fallen Order release, Respawn Entertainment posted a Tweet to give players a proper excuse to leave work and sink into the game.

Fallen Order is one of many high-profile titles for November, but with an intellectual property like Star Wars staring at customers from the shelf, it's a hard sell to turn the game down. So, for those looking to get in a little game time in the intensely difficult game, players should look to the Respawn Entertainment Twitter account for a saving grace.

The tweet shows the adorable droid companion BD-1 holding up a doctor's note that presumably explains a sickness that should excuse whoever presents it from any responsibilities. In standard Star Wars fashion, BD-1 wrote the note in his own unintelligible language of "beeps" and "boops", leaving a fairly random collection of droid noises scrawled on the paper. Maybe there is some method to the madness of the random beeping, but no one seems to have translated the note at the time of writing, assuming there's anything to gleam from the note at all.

With Fallen Order finally out, giving EA another shot at succeeding with the Star Wars franchise, players will be looking for any excuse they can to get their hands on their own lightsabers, both single and double-bladed. Considering what some gamers claim they've already done to get time off for a new game in the replies to the tweet, a few employers and teachers might want to get ready to read some last minute "beeps" in their employees' and students' sick notes. Although, it should be noted that most authorities don't tend to recognize Force-sensitive as a reasonable excuse to cast away responsibilities.

It's always fun to see a game studio like Respawn Entertainment engage with its community in a fun way, and twitter has fairly often been the way to do so. With the reviews still rolling in now that the embargo has lifted, its hard to get an idea of exactly how the game is at the moment, but the studio behind Fallen Order at least has plenty of faith in their work. So this sick note might come in handy if the game is really as good as the hype suggests.
