Capcom reveals several new Resident Evil 3 remake screenshots that let fans look at the new version of Nemesis and the Hunter enemies. The company has also released a new Resident Evil 3 trailer that features Nemesis gameplay.

In these new Resident Evil 3 screenshots, fans of the series can get a close up look at their favorite characters and see how characters like Nemesis have changed. In one screenshot, the incredibly powerful enemy can be seen holding a rocket launcher and in another, Nemesis can be seen holding the weapon in the air with Jill Valentine hanging off of the end of it. A third screenshot of Nemesis shows the enemy's tentacles and Capcom says that it can use these to attack players from a range and they'll have to act quickly. Capcom has said that Nemesis' AI is better in the remake, meaning that it may not be easy for players to get out of the way of these attacks.

Another Resident Evil 3 enemy that will be attacking players are the Hunters. The Hunter enemies are famous for how high they can jump in the air but in the remake they will use their movement to get out of the way of players, which will only make them a more difficult enemy to fight.

There are also several new screenshots of the game's friendly NPCs. Carlos Oliveira is a member of Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service and will be helped by Tyrell Patrick a hacker who is good at getting into security systems. Other members of U.B.C.S. are Nicholai Ginovaef, Murphy Seeker, a sniper who gets injured, and Mikhail Victor who is a commander in U.B.C.S. Brad Vickers is a pilot and member of S.T.A.R.S. Rear Security and Dario Rosso is someone who lives in Raccoon City.

The new Nemesis gameplay seen in these screenshots is just one thing that Capcom is giving fans as it hopes to get them to buy the remade version of the game. The new difficulty could help the game to feel more than just another retelling of Resident Evil 3's story. There is also the Resident Evil Resistance multiplayer which will allow four players to work together to fight another player who is controlling enemies and the map. It's unclear if this will help the remake to be a huge success, but these screenshots will have many fans feeling excited about the game.

Resident Evil 3 launches on April 3, 2020 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
