The Resident Evil 3 demo has been out for a few days now, and dedicated fans have already searched its every nook and cranny. They've hunted down all the collectible dolls, discovered Mega Man easter eggs, and mastered what it takes to survive. There's still some time to wait until the full release of Resident Evil 3 is available, and so fans have started releasing mods for the demo to keep each other entertained in the meantime.

One particularly interesting mod for the Resident Evil 3 demo comes from modder FluffyQuack. The mod is both terrifying and hilarious, replacing every single enemy in the game with Nemesis. The Nemesis monster is already scary enough when there's just one of them, so having to deal with an entire army of Nemesis monsters is quite the intimidating prospect.

FluffyQuack uploaded a video showing the Resident Evil 3 Nemesis Army mod in action. Needless to say, Jill Valentine doesn't really stand much of a chance against a bunch of Nemesis monsters swarming her at one time.

After the Resident Evil 3 remake itself comes out on April 3, fans can expect a lot more mods to be released for the game. Resident Evil 2 had a ton of support from modders, particularly when it came to the game's Mr. X enemy. It seems likely that Nemesis will receive similar attention from the modding community, especially if this Resident Evil 3 Nemesis army mod from FluffyQuack is any indication.

While it's likely that many Resident Evil 3 mods will focus on Nemesis, there should be plenty of other mods released for the game. There were Resident Evil 2 mods that swapped out the playable characters instead of Mr. X, for example. One of the most famous ones was a Shaggy mod that added the Scooby-Doo! character as a playable character at the height of the overpowered Shaggy meme's popularity.

Only PC players will be able to download any of the mods released for the Resident Evil 3 remake, but there will be plenty of content available for fans regardless of which version of the game they pick up. There's the main story of course, but Resident Evil players can also check out the Resident Evil: Resistance multiplayer mode as well, which could give the game a lot more replay value than it would have otherwise.

Resident Evil 3 launches on April 3 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
