Without a doubt, there are currently a bevy of gamers giving the Resident Evil 2 remake's "One-Shot" demo a go, as Capcom officially released the forthcoming survival-horror game's limited-time trial version today across multiple platforms. In order to keep up the promotional momentum for the title, the publisher and developer also recently shared a handful of video clips highlighting a few cinematic moments and gameplay elements.

All of the latest Resident Evil 2 "Report" clips are incredibly brief, with the footage in each only containing a short segment that tops out to be around five to six seconds total, with each one focusing on a particular aspect of the title. For instance, one illustrates a rather innocuous situation with Leon S. Kennedy from the aforementioned "One-Shot" demo, another shows off co-protagonist Claire Redfield encountering Mr. X, and one highlights the presence of Ada Wong.

For those unaware, the majority of the footage contained in the clips above are recaps of information and video that Capcom has offered up previously to Resident Evil 2 fans, but this time around,  they're served in bite-sized forms. For instance, the company released a full-fledged piece of gameplay featuring Ada Wong in which the fan-favorite character is confirmed as playable once reaching a certain point in the game, and one of these latest clips is just a tiny sliver of what actually happens in that scene.

All things considered, it's safe to say that fans' excitement for the Resident Evil 2 remake is close to reaching a fever pitch, especially with there only being a little more than a couple of weeks left to go before the title officially launches. With this being the case, players thankfully won't have to wait too much longer until they can get their hands on what is easily one of the most highly anticipated video games of 2019.

Resident Evil 2 is set to release on January 25, 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
