As a bonus to fans who will pick up Red Faction: Armageddon when it releases next month, if players reach rank 10 in Battlegrounds, they’ll be awarded 2000 Salvage Points to use in Armageddon. These points can be used to purchase in-game upgrades for your character, Darius Mason’s Nano Forge and weapons. If you’re good enough to hit rank 20 though, you’ll also have access to a special rifle called the “Enforcer.”

The Enforcer, an EDF rapid fire smart rifle that uses heat-seeking ammunition to take town enemy targets. Each bullet is embedded with a microchip that helps each fired round to curve and home in on its target.
